Introduction

In large IT or financial projects, usually only a few rich corporations ever benefit and not their customers or users. NEXX wants to change this. Abstract

Digital advertising is not effective. The market for online advertising has become completely non-transparent, fraudulent and also illegal, as countless intermediaries have both eliminated the original publishers and massively violated user privacy by spying on users' usage patterns across devices and sharing this data among these intermediaries for common use. The ruthless behavior of the intermediary industry in the advertising market leads to immense Internet traffic with high costs for users and slow page loads with the result that currently more than 800 million users worldwide use ad blockers. Publishers have lost more than 70% of their revenues in recent years due to this ruthless predation. Because of the ruthlessness of these middlemen, all parties involved have to endure massive disadvantages. Publishers face declining revenues, users feel increasingly hurt, and advertisers are massively cheated and can no longer judge the effectiveness of the purchased alleged advertising broadcasts at all. The solution is a decentralized, transparent digital ad market based on the blockchain. NEXX's blockchain-based advertising market is realized with its own open-source web browser (called NEXX.WEB) and a multifunctional global multilingual advertising platform (called NEXX.AD). NEXX.WEB browser gives users full control over your data, blocks third-party ads and trackers, making it much faster and easier to use. Users decide which and how often ads are displayed and are compensated via the blockchain with NEXX Coins for displaying ads. The control center of NEXX.WEB is NEXX.AD. NEXX.AD is both a web portal and an app, which represents a multifunctional multilingual global classifieds market, on which all participants can communicate with each other and also pay each other in NEXX Coins. The advertisements can be displayed both in the NEXX.AD advertising portal and on websites and apps of publishers, as well as via the NEXX.WEB browser, whereby the users alone decide how much advertising they consume. Since all processes are transparently logged via a private blockchain, fraud, data breaches and malvertising are eliminated to a large extent.

The NEXX DAO will be run as a non-profit organization, with all NEXX DAO assets and revenues reinvested in the long-term success of the NEXX System.

The NEXX Coin Environment

NEXX DAO is building a global influencer network and multifunctional advertising platform with its community, which is a mix of social media platform, classifieds, business directory, bonus and payment system. To achieve this, the development and management of the NEXX DAO will be decentralized, with decisions guided by the Inner Circle of the NEXX DAO and voted on by members using the NEXX Coin. The NEXX DAO will be run as a non-profit organization, with all NEXX DAO assets and revenues reinvested in the long-term success of the NEXX System.NEXX is a BEP-20 token on the Binance Smart Chain, with future bridges to ERC-20 and other chain networks currently in development.

Sustainable earning

NEXX imposes automatically a fee of 10% for all transactions with NEXX tokens. The token holders may not claim the fees or any specific use of these fees from the NEXX DAO or any NEXX Project team members, nor have they any legal claim against any other third-party in this regard. Half of this fee is redistributed to the community over the NEXX platform www.nexx.info, proportional to the tokens that they hold. The other half (5%) is used both for the commission to the influencers and network partners and also for the costs of building the global advertising network.On this way this system incentivizes our community of holders who in turn support NEXX to make it a sustainable movement.
The unique thing about the NEXX ecosystem is that it counterbalances the speculative nature of a cryptocurrency with universal sustainability by first building a global influencer affiliate system and then a global user-based advertising platform, which both sustain the growth and value of the NEXX Coin. However, NEXX will no longer levy the 10% tax once the global network has strengthened sufficiently.

These early DAO members have committed to holding the coin for the long term.
